QuestionDoes the volume control change the *device's* volume or the PC's volume through the device? Because my PC has a nasty habit of emitting crackling and whining at all times, so I have to turn the device's volume down before turning the in-Windows setting up

QuestionIs there a volume slider on it? My PC has a problem of spewing crackling and whirring noises and the only way to fix it is to change the device's volume itself... Which I can't do from the PC, only a physical slider on the device itself.
