• It doesn't plug into 220v, it uses small batteries. If you're concerned about being electrocuted by a small battery I suggest staying inside of your home to stay safe.

• Low power direct current (D.C.) batteries only in hat - wear rubber boots if ur still afraid of water BUT DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING!!

• There is a battery inside the cap. I don’t think it will get wet with the location of that. In my opinion.
