Yes it comes with a battery. Max flight time is approximately 7 mins. Get a few batteries and a multi charger.

Yes it is set up to replace with a new battery,in fact I have 3 so I can get about 30 min fly time a trip to the park. And yes it comes with a new battery.

This comes with one rechargeable battery and I definitely recommend to purchase an additional one as they only last about 10 mins.

Yes, the battery is removable, but it charges through the drone. I don't know if a separate charger is available. If not, a simple fix is to charge a couple batteries in a row with the drone so you have extras charged. This drone does come with one battery.
