“Is the processor fast enough to have multiple windows and work on excessive photo editing and video editing?”

• It would work well but without a dedicated GPU even the best processor would have limits on the quality and amount of the media it could edit.

• I have only been working with this computer a short time so I am not going to be that helpful.. Our signal here has been worse than dial up. We have switched to a new server. I was working on pictures yesterday and I did not have any issues, however I have not tried multiple screens. Sorry I am not much help.
