If it does not work I would go to the store for troubleshooting and exchange.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this computer in November 2018 and the touch screen stopped working on it as well. HP support is no help all they want to do if reset to factory and from what I've read that doesn't even work and that's not good support. I have a lot of programs set just like I want them and would have to redo all of that afterwords. Very bad support. I wish I would have known this before HP and I would have went back with Dell. Never will I buy another HP product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought one. Touch screen does not work. Thought it might be driver issue. But cannot find any touch screen related driver on HP website. I am going to return it back to bestbuy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Also a new owner. Touchscreen works fine (although rarely used). Touchscreen works straight out of the box. Required no user activation. I'd take it back. To me, it's bad.
