“Are the fans supposed to work constantly? this is my second HP all in one, the first one had a humming noise coming from the fans which were on constantly, had to return it. Second one has less noise but the fans are still running.”

• This is normal, yes. You will want to make sure your all in one is in a well vented area for proper airflow, that it's not sitting in direct sunlight or near a source of heat. You may also want to check how many programs/tasks you're running (both actively and in the background).
