A:AnswerNo. Computers now are only MS Office capable, which means you can purchase a subscription but its not pre-loaded, and you no longer can purchase MS Office outright for it, at least not through Best Buy.
A:AnswerNo. the Geek Squad package must be purchased separately. I bought a one year support package with my all-in-one desktop computer for about $200. I've used the Geek Squad support several times over the first month. I think it is worth the money particularly if you are not a computer expert.
