- Answer Took no time at all to hook up 2 wireless printers I have. Very easy with prompts that make it as easy as point and touch/click. Have had them hooked up a couple weeks with no issues. One is a Brother L62000 series and the HP OfficeJet 8710.

- Answer I do make DVD's out of pictures... Most of my work is with editing pictures... I have not had any problems with it... I can not compare to a Mac... Never had one....

QuestionWhy can't I get my keyboard & mouse to work? They show connected to my All In One HP Pavilion 23 Black? Do I need something in my USB port in order for it work for my computers security logon. Id been traveling so if so please advise what it looks like.

- Answer You should have what is called a "dongle" that plugs into the USB port if it is wireless. Not sure if that helps?

- Answer It will upgrade to 16. I upgraded to 16. That with the 7200 rpm hard drive runs faster than many I 7 processors.
