It depends if you are a best buy regular, elite, or elite-plus member. Each has its own # of return day policy. I believe standard is 15 days, elite 30, and elite-plus is 45. Your best bet would be to call best buy. FYI, no computer "COMES" with a paid version of MS Office. It's always a 30-day trial... same with anti-virus. So if you're looking for free MS Word and free antivirus already installed, you might as well keep your PC because no such thing really exists at the retail level. Keep in mind that you can get free antivirus protection online with avast or similar programs. And there are Free Java version of MS Word "look-a-likes" out there like openoffice.org or libreoffice.org
