Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Likely just a bad audio jack. However, are you using an adapter for both external speakers and headphones, but plugging both into it? If so, make sure you plug directly into the port ... and make sure it's pushed all the way in. If it's still not working, HP should be able to fix (not Geek Squad). Thing is, if they get the PC, and it's working for them, it could be something on your end. That's usually the case 9 times out of 10. Try that... maybe that will work?
