Strange. Shouldn't be. I installed Chrome on that same computer with no issues after 2-3 months of use. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling? Since it's under warranty, I'd try chatting in with HP online, allow them to login to your computer and see if they can see what may be causing the issue if the problem continues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this new computer of mine maybe once a week because it is not the same as my old desktop that I used for more than 5 years and I am very acquainted with everything including the software. I still have to lead my software in this computer. So for me to work fast, I use my old HP laptop or my husband's old desktop. It seems that I have no time to be sitting in this computer and learn to maximize its use. I have no patience in waiting for it to work. You are right. It is really very frustrating to pay for an expensive computer and not be able to get what you want. The new Windows 10 is for me very hard to handle. I suggest that when we purchase a new product, there should be somebody in your store to orient us on how to use it.
