“Can I use My HP w2207h monitor on this unit with out buying some sort of adapter?”

• I used my hp pavilion f1503 monitor that i already had. It's a small flat screen and it hooked up with no problems. It is the standard connection for monitors, so you should have no problems as long as yours has the standard connector.
