“Why does every other website on the internet, including HP's say this unit has 12GB of memory in two slots? This unit with the same model number has only 4GB in only one slot? What's up, Best Buy?”

• When I got it I knew the device has 4Gb of memory. I bought it because of the size. For bigger task I use another laptop. Yet I am happy with this one.

• I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. When I checked the specs sheet it did mention it has 12GB of RAM which is quite a lot for a computer with a Pentium. So I checked into the computers build sheet and found that this model only has 4GB listed as being installed. It is very unusual for the HP site to be inaccurate but that must be the case. I will reach out to have this corrected.
