• Hi there, the Pebblebee devices are bluetooth only devices where they connect with bluetooth and you can buzz and locate your device. If you are out of bluetooth range then they use the Google or Apple network to provide an updated location. So the device needs to have other Google or Apple devices around to update the location. If you are trying to track anywhere then a GPS device is probably best, but there are limitations for GPS devices too. Hope that helps.
