• Simply put, yes. Just make sure you pick up from store and not ship to home. My order arrived damaged because of poor packaging and carelessness of parcel service.

• Yes, the steel book is available for the PS4/PS5 version of the game. Unless the stocks for the steel book ran out, you should be getting one as well. Just got mine the other day after I also preordered the same version of the game.
