“I bought the 3200 Series a few weeks ago. The water filter is missing the black o-ring seal on it, so the filter does not stay in place, and floats away in the water tank. I paid for 2-years coverage. What should I do? Get a new filter from the store?”

The same thing happened to mine. You can probably just call Phillips and they will send one to you. I decided not to even use the filter, but I always put only filtered water in the machine. So then you don't even need the filter that is floating in there.
