• There is a temperature adjustment but it isn't easy to change back and forth. You have to go into a special function to change the temperature.

• There are three temperature settings you can set. The temperature setting is global, that is it applies to all drinks. You cannot set the temp by drink/serving.

• You can set the temperature but it will be applied across all drinks that you make. There is no way to adjust the temperature only for lattes.

• Hello, this specific model does not have the temperature setting option. You are be able to regulate amount of coffee, water and froth, but not temperature. Hope this helps!
