• This brews hot drinks only. You can brew one or two cups at a time with the twin outlet spouts. You can select to brew 2 cups into one mug for a double serving.

• According to the manual: Fig. 2 B2 displays a button "Iced Coffee (x1, x2). and on page 10: "Brewing iced coffee (specific types only)" followed by specific instructions.

• No, it doesn't do cold. No, no whole pots - this is only for single drinks.

• No, this machine does not do cold drinks. It has 5 pre-set coffee settings, and a hot water setting. It brews single cups at a time, so won't brew a whole pot at one time.
