You can purchase a water line with or without a float kit (Amazon has them) and add it yourself, likely voiding your warranty because you will have to drill the appropriate sized hole into the water reservoir, a pretty simple process. The float kit will automatically add water while the waterline/valve only kit version requires you to open/close the valve manually to fill the tank. I have the 3200 and I will likely make this modification myself some day. Just be sure that the float diameter you choose will actually fit into the tank without rubbing the wall of the tank, and will actuate the valve without hitting the top of the unit. Placement of the float version is more critical than the non-float version. Either way the seal that comes with the kit must be watertight.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This model is not made to do this; no, I would not recommend...but where there is a will, there is a way. Look for restaurant models or higher-tier models for something like that.
