• Brett this are used on the wall outside of the garage it Tennessee. Works well so far.

• They are fine. I replaced my CFL bulbs with these. They light up fast and are much brighter when it gets downright freezing. I am in west central Ohio.

• Might take a second to warm up to fill brightness but should work fine. I have cheaper leds outside, in Ohio, without problems.
