• No, pretty easy to do while strapped but also easy to unstrap and re-strap.

• It loads from top on main unit. The other is just extra screen to plug into the the main.

• No, the straps are on the back of the unit. The access point is on top, which opens the clam shell housing for the dvd.

• Straps can stay on. DF compartment opens forward without need to take straps off.

• no you do not have to remove anything to insert a disc.

• You don't have to remove it from the headrest but you have to open the Velcro straps that hold it to the headrest mount.
