Q: QuestionMy Phillips Baristina has started making weak espresso and the puck is soupy/watery. I have descaled the unit and cleaned the portafilter with mild soapy water and is not better. There are no coarse grind adjustments. Please advise of solutions.

Q: QuestionAfter a couple months of perfect espresso, my machine has started making very weak espresso and the puck is incredibly "soupy." It no longer comes out in a clean chunk, but pours out of the portafilter. Any suggestions on how to fix? Thank you

• A:Answer You can program the volume dispensed for both the espresso and lungo settings. There are only two strengths, the default and extra coffee if you push the intensity boost button before brewing.
