Yes you can control it from anywhere out side your house as long as you have internet connected device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can by using the Phillips Hue app. The bridge is linked by cable to your router/modem. Once logged into your account you have access to your lights. You can also set up geolocation to have lights take some pre-programmed action-like turn off/on. You can even set the color of lights as well. I suppose you could let someone know you're almost home by changing a light color based on your phone's location
