• Phillips Hue makes outdoor lights, I wouldn't recommend using them with motion sensors though. They're supposed to be controlled with the mobile app

• Indoor rated fixtures. Plus on a motion sensor it will default back to white every time it turns on again. Due to this I would just buy a regular bulb.

• Yes they can be used there, as long as it is protected from the outdoor elements (rain and snow) since the bulbs aren’t waterproof. As for the sensor, yes they can be used, but the lightbulb would always turn to white color once it’s turn off and back on.
