• Yes they work were any other bulb works but their primary use requires smart home devices and/or hubs to connect to and control through.

• Yes. They are just like regular bulbs, but work with remote access system - can turn on and off or dim using Alexa or other similar devices and App. if not planning to use this way can still be used as regular bulb, but is an expensive way to go for a regular bulb.

• Yes they can I have some installed in my ceiling fan and the still work fine with the switch
