Can the bulbs in the starter kit be used on lamps? null

Yes they will work in your home lamps.

If they fit appropriately in the fixture they can work anywhere. I have mine in a floor lamp, in recessed lighting and in hanging fixture over a table. Anywhere a previous light bulb went these can go.

it can be used in some lamps, but remember to keep the lamp on or else you wont be able to turn on the light from your phone or pc.
