You can set up each bedroom with a name. Like “ Kevin’s room”. Then say “ Alexa turn on Kevin’s room lights”.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can name each light differently I.E. "Josh's room" and Jason's room", and tell Alexa to control each room's light separately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can configure with Alexa different names for each bulb so you can use them separately, for example, call one "John's light" and to turn it on, you'd just have to say "Alexa, turn on John's light"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would consider HomeKit control, set them up as separate rooms.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you get the hub set up you can name the bulbs specific to each kids bedroom and they will be able to control them my theirs names
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The best way to do this is to give each of your sons rooms a name. My technique is to just name the room my name or the general name. For my room I would say “Alexa, turn on Tim lights.” It would then only turn on my rooms lights. For general rooms you could just say “Alexa, turn on kitchen lights.” This has made it easiest for me.
