• Yes they can, I actually bought both my Google Minis and the lights at the same time, you have to download the Google home app and the Philips Hue app and under devices in the Google app you allow the hue Lights to be added and then you just name each light and assign it to whichever device you want to control that light, if you buy multiple meanings throughout the house you can create a network to where you can control any like in any room giving a command to any of your Google minis in the house
