You need a bridge to control it but once you get it you can control up to 50 lights

These lights can be voice controlled by either a Google home or an Amazon Echo.

This product can be used with the hue app as well as with Google home, nest and Amazon echo.

You have to have the Hue Bridge in order to control this bulb. It’s best to purchase the starter kit that includes the bridge and a bulb. From there you can add additional bulbs around your house and control them from your phone app.
