Yes it will. Add your Philips hub to the Harmony under the setup < add device < smart devices section. Then create scenes like: certain lights dim and others turn off when you start activity (watch a movie). If you have the newest Harmony smart remote (the one with two light icon buttons and two plug icon buttons), then you can set individual lights or light groups to each of those buttons and power on and off with short and long presses as well as dim them with the +/- dimmer toggle in between.
