No. You have to buy the starter kit that has the hub that connects to the router then you download the app and run everything on your smart phone. I believe they do have remotes and wireless wifi hubs also. But the app allows you to choose thousands of colors and scenes if you get multiple. This one is what you get if you already have the hub.
