“is there a way to get power to this strip via USB or HDMI? I want to adhere it to the back of my TV but there is no standard duplex on the TV. All cords are concealed and the TV is "Floating" so I'd need it to plug directly into the TV auxiliary options”

Unfortunately, no. The strip is only powered by the AC/DC LED power supply

No, this comes with an a/c adapter. Usb/hdmi does not have enough power.

I have the exact same set up. I added an outlet behind the tv for the power cable for this and tv to give the full floating effect. There's also very inexpensive ways to add professional looking holes in the wall behind the tv to run cable behind the drywall to the outlet at the bottom behind your entertainment unit
