• There are apps you can download to your smartphone that will listen to music and change the lights color/brightness.

• There is an app that works like that although the app that it comes with doesn't do that. If you buy them the app it comes with will show you different apps that work with the hue and goes along with the music. Also a bunch of other apps too.

• They can, but not on their own. You would need an app to enable them to change to music (The Philips Hue app with the base functionality does not include this, and you cannot create a scene to do this). Try an app such as "Hue Disco" or something similar. Philips also publishes an API for developers, if you (or a friend) is interested in writing an app for it, that will allow you to do this.

• Yes, but not on the regular app. You would have to search to find the one you like, and it works that way.
