The strip is rubberized but the electrical contacts and power supply is NOT weather resistant. This should not be used outdoors or in areas prone to moisture.

I used that on my deck, much more of an affordable solution and you can buy weather protected times outlet plugs so you don't have to plug them in and out constantly.
