This is just an extension to the one with power source which costs $90. Yes, you have to buy that first.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This unit does require the main unit with the power supply. There is no way to hook a power supply to an extension unit directly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to buy the main cord first then these plug into it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is just an extension section. You need to buy the main $90 section first. This extends that section.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is only the extension. You need the main piece.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Extension is only for actual strips. If you don't have a strip already, why would you buy an "extension" to a strip?.. (make sense)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately you do have to buy the $90 one first. This is just the expantion to it, but they do come with an adaptor of some sort. Don't really know what its for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to buy the main 6’ $90 light strip. Then, you attach 3’ extensions to the 6’ strip. I believbe you can extend up to 36’.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Great question. The extension only works if you have the starter kit which contains a bridge connection. The expansion kits allow you to cover more area in length. The initial outlay of cash is expensive but we love the lights. They are mounted behind our big screen, wall mounted TV. Glad we purchased them!
