Hello, I have not used two motion sensors to activate one light. Yes you cad adjust sensitivity and light sensitivity to turn in only if it’s dark. Hope this helps. ~ Joey

Hue lights can be turned on and off and it they have the capability to be dimmed, that can happen. Non Hue products can be plugged into a smart Hue outlet but they mention “lights”, nothing else. I am not familiar with the smart plug to comment further. There are settings for both daylight and motion sensitivity. Motion sensors are not meant to be timed to go on. They detect motion. If you want to set specific on/off times use an appropriate compatible app such as Apple Home Kit. I use that to turn my exterior lights on at sunset and off at sunrise. There is also an option to trigger something based on location, such as when your device arrives at home or leaves. Yes, you can specify the length of time until it takes action. Unfortunately you cannot set a custom amount of time. The minimum is 1 minute and the maximum is 60. One action, however, is to “Do Nothing” in effect leaving it on.
