I suspect they are having manufacturing quality problems. Made the mistake of buying direct from Phillips instead of through Best Buy. Part of the light arrived damaged and doesn't render colors correctly. Still waiting for a replacement, Phillips Signify support is TERRIBLE. Good luck!
