Yes, you will be able to do that but it has to be done through the normal Hue app, not the Sync app.

Please try again later.You should be able to do that, by just going into the regular Philips hue app, instead of the Phillips hue sync app. In the hue app you should be able to select the lights you want to have light up, what color you want them to be, and how bright they are. I have various types of hue lights from standard white and color ambiance light bulbs, to hue white and color ambiance gradient lightstrip, to the hue white and color ambiance smart play light bar. I am able to set each light to a different color, set all to the same color, select which lights I want to turn on/off and which to sync when I listen to music or sync to tv.
