You would need a device that has those apps with an hdmi port like a PC, Apple TV, Android TV, Firestick, etc. Or a converter box from an analog source to HDMI

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have hue bulbs, hue essentials app on app store can use the sound from source or mic of device to sync lights with music. Ilightshow on app store has personalized light show for songs synced via Spotify app. I don't have this box, but apparently I understand this box will link with your hue lights just the same as it links with play hue lights or strips.. and can be setup on hue app as one entertainment . Once you do that.. all these apps should be able to communicate with all your lights and give you the effect u wanted right from your phone ( for audio) Hue stream app will even allow you to sync lights to the video on your phone..
