I can’t get the voice to switch inputs with Alexa however she will turn it on … feel like I’ve tried everything… so frustrating having to keep using the iPad/iPhone to switch them…
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have several ways you can switch inputs. One is via the app you install on your phone. Another way is through programming buttons on your other remotes with the Sync box. You can also do it by voice and it works with Alexa and Google Home. I can't speak on how well Alexa works but it works well with Google Home. I can tell it to start/stop the light sync and also tell it which input to switch to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have the Hue Sync box, there a feature that will allow it to switch automatically once you turn on a the video game system for example. But yes you can use google assistant or Alexa to switch between ports as well

If I am watching Apple TV and want to play a game, hitting the button on my PS4 and turning the system on will switch it over. Want to back to Apple TV? Hit a button on the Apple remote to change back.
