“Has anyone been able to program your remote, like a Harmony Elite, to work and change inputs correctly and immediately? I like the Box and Play Gradiant, but the delays in switching inputs is frustrating. I don’t want to use the app either.”

There’s a setting in the sync app, go to settings, tv remote control, and you can add a few different controls directly to your remote so you don’t have to open the app!
