I had a similar problem. I solved it by connecting my audio/video devices, like my Apple TV, directly to my receiver. Next I connected my receiver’s HDMI Out to the Hue Sync Box. Finally I connected The HDMI Out on the Hue Sync Box to my TV. It’s strange that it has to be hooked up in this way, but it’s the only way I found to keep the audio and video from cutting in and out. It seems like Philips should make this perfectly clear to customers so they can avoid similar issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can you run the Sync box to your TV and then ARC/eARC to the Denon to see if that works?
