Trying toggling arc bypass to off. I have my hue sync box going into my Bose SoundTouch 300 then to ARC hdmi input on Samsung tv. No arc bypass toggled on and everything seems to work perfectly. Sometimes the box is slow when switching between hdmi inputs but sound kicks in after 20/30 secs for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should not have arc enabled in the way you set up yours. The only arc needed woul be between your soundbar and your tv. The only way you would want arc turned on in the sync box is if you were to plug all items into your soundbar and then output soundbar into the sync box and then out to your tv. Arc is an audio return capability, you would not want the sync box to send your audio back to your ps4 before it even reached your soundbar would you? For this reason your arc should be turned off.
