• Yes it does but does not support dolby vision unfortunately

• I use the xbox one x and the sync box has worked with Netflix, hulu. Blue ray and playing games.

• Yes, but only because it removes the "react to audio" option. So it isn't decoding the audio at all, just passing it through.
