“Because of my disability I am unable to use a phone is there any other ways to control the light? Maybe a computer app, or a IR remote like a tv has. With the IR remote my computer can copy and use the same signal to control stuff.”

If you buy this product along with Philips Hue Hub and have an Alexa/Google Home/Apply Siri; when setup properly, you can use voice commands to control your lighting. On/Off, Dimming 1-100%, change color temperature of whites and 16million colors too
