The instructions are pretty straight forward... they tell you which blade guards are for body trimming and which ones are for normal hair cutting. It’s great for both purposes and is great for multiple uses from trimming unwanted body hair to cutting your hair a variety of lengths. Love that it can be used in the shower...only use that feature for shaving down to the skin otherwise do everything else dry. The battery life on this thing is incredible! Use it 3-4 times a week and haven’t had to charge it for at least 3 weeks.
