- Answer I have a heavy beard. It shaves pretty close and my skin is smooth after the shave. I shaved using a razor and shaving cream for over 55 years. It does a good job in less time and expense. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to it.

QuestionI've had a Phillips Norelco AT810 electric razor for a few years. Recently, changing the razor heads when the shaves tgt less close has not restored good close shaves. any ideas why?

- Answer Make sure you are using authentic Norelco heads. Also, and I cannot put this into words, but must be in place properly. All three heads should be flexible in their places. Finally, if installed correctly, blades may take a few shaves to seat.
