• A:Answer C'mon best buy. No bag included, but it's in the main photo? Specs also say it does not have pop up trimmer, but it does. Also says dry use only, but this is a wet/dry shaver.

• A:Answer Hello! The Philips Norelco - Series 3000 Shaver can be cleaned under tap. Switch on the shaver. Rinse the shaving unit under a warm tap. Switch off the shaver. Press the release button to open the shaving unit. Rinse the hair chamber under a warm tap. Rinse the shaving head holder under a warm tap. Carefully shake off excess water and let the shaving head holder air-dry completely. Close the shaving unit.

• A:Answer Hello! To charge your Philips Series 3000 Wet & Dry Shaver S3134, Ensure the shaver is turned off. Insert the small plug of the charger into the bottom of the shaver. Connect the supply unit to a wall socket. The charging time is 1 hour. After charging, remove the supply unit from the wall socket and unplug it from the shaver.
