It screws on and off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This particular model of Sonicare brushes simply screws on and off. I always clean out the inside of the base with a q-tip and alcohol and dry it out before putting the new brush on. I like this model better than the others. Just make sure that it's the right one for your Sonicare.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used a cutting torch. First, I attempted to remove the old brush using my wand. I was unsuccessful with my initial spell. “Alohomora” did little to loosen the brush head. I then tried to use a wrench. Again, no success, I was unable to loosen the brush head. Next, I thought to myself, “Self, let’s use our new plasma torch.” I tried it, and unfortunately because the brush head is made of plastic, I was again unsuccessful. So, I got my service truck going and drove it to the house (my cutting torch is attached to the truck) and used it to melt the brush head out of the handle. The damage to the handle was intense, but I was able to put the new head on and brush my cat’s teeth.
