Hello! Some of the Sonicare toothbrush will track the wear of the smart brush head, using the BrushSync technology. The toothbrush handle will let the user know once the brush head is no longer effective and it is time to replace it. The handle’s brush head replacement reminder will blink amber and the user will hear a series of beeps and tones.

The orange light indicates that it is time to replace the brush.  After about 3 months of use twice a day a brush is less effective at cleaning and new brush is recommended.
